Muscat, February 09, 2015: Almouj Marina, Oman’s largest private yachting hub, recently launched an exclusive venue capable of hosting events amidst the Gulf of Oman. Characterized by 372 square metres, and accommodating up to 65 seated people, the lounge is suspended sea-side of the marina’s main facility, offering a unique space for a diverse range of events, including meetings, seminars, photo-shoots and receptions.

Almouj Marina continues to grow as a social hub for boating enthusiasts within local communities, and is now elegantly complemented by its waterfront al fresco dining options, quaint coffee shops, retail promenade and commercial options at The Walk. The marina not only features the largest breakwater in the world, but its luxurious state-of-the-art facilities and signature services continue to gather the attention of local boaters, who often moor their vessels to utilize the marina’s 24 hour services, and fueling station.
Designed and operated by Mourjan Marinas, Almouj Marina is located at The Wave, Muscat and accommodates yachts from 10 to 40 metres. As a host of international sailing events, marine enthusiasts are set to attend the marina throughout the year, as it once again plays host to the Extreme Sailing Series, in addition to Sailing Arabia – The Tour 2015.
